A high level  delegation from Lahore Chamber of Commerce headed by Numan Kabir President of Lahore Chamber of Commerce  is visiting Iran from 20-26 February. The delegation is being hosted by Tehran Chambers Of Commerce.

Since 2019 ,this is the first such visit as Corona pandemic had halted visits.
Former Commercial Counselor of Iran in Pakistan, Morad Nemati Zargaran who is also the Advisor to Tehran Chamber of Commerce says good relation between the private sector of the two countries can utilize this trip to increase trade ties.
he said lack of communication between business community of the two countries is the biggest issue in boosting trade.
He proposed making a joint working group between chambers of commerce of the two countries by having mandate and regular meetings to resolve the barriers and obstacles to extend relations .
