One of the historical sights of Qazvin, the magnificent and large mansion of Hosseiniyah Aminieh is a monument of Qajar era in Molavi Street, which once witnessed religious ceremonies and now only interested visitors visit it. The building was built in 1238 AH on two floors. This Hosseiniyah has an area of 2844 square meters and was built in 1275 AH. At that time, forty-eight thousand tomans were spent to build this Hosseiniyah to create one of the architectural masterpieces of this city.
The two northern and southern courtyards have been built in the Hosseiniyah of the Aminis, and the three east-west halls, which are located parallel to each other and separated by five movable and lattice doors, are considered the architectural masterpiece of this mansion.
In the middle of this hall, you will see a large chandelier that has brought a special beauty to this part. The carpets that are spread in these halls are all one-handed, red and handmade and are decorated with original and beautiful designs.
The middle hall is larger than the other two halls. This mansion is decorated with mirrors, plaster, wood paintings and beautiful sash windows with colored glass in a way that attracts the eyes of every viewer and by entering the building, the warmth of the used wood, your sash windows and stained glass enters the building. It enchants so that seeing all this beauty, you fall in love with Hosseinieh Amini.
Other parts of the Hosseiniyah include the kitchen, warehouses, pantry and crypt, which was built on the ground floor of the Hosseiniyah.
In 1303 AH, a village was dedicated to this Husseiniyya for Muharram prayers and feeding the mourners. There is a historical bath near this house, which some believe belongs to the Amini family, and they used it while living in this house.
If you go to Molavi Street to visit Hosseinieh Amini, you can also visit other attractions such as the tomb of Imamzadeh Hussein (AS), the tomb of Imamzadeh Ismail (AS), the historical bazaar and the Qazvin Grand Mosque, because they are located a short distance from each other. they said.
