Here’s my go to recipe for some delicious protein oats ready in under 3 minutes! All you need is the following:
-1 Cup Oats
-1/2 Cup Almond Milk
-1 Tbsp Peanut butter
-1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
-1 Whole banana
-1/2 scoop protein powder
Total Macros:
-30g protein
-58g carb
-23g fat
-560 calories
