'Idiot celebrities' went to Academy Awards wearing 'symbol of murder'
Sky News host Rowan Dean has blasted the “idiot celebrities” who attended the 2024 Academy Awards wearing badges with a bloody hand in an attempt to show solidarity with the Palestinian casualties in Gaza.
Mr Dean joined Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt to discuss how the pin actually represents the lynching of two Israelis in the year 2000.
Both hosts bemoaned the fact these “almost stars” did not know their history.
“It is a symbol of murder”, Mr Dean said.
“I think it is a horror show, what is going on around the world at the moment.”
