Eggless Oats Cornflakes Cookies

The quarantine has made me want to be quite resourceful with my ingredients while baking, and I love that these cookies are just that. They need very simple ingredients to make, and they are quick and easy. And I love such recipes. You can also use any kind of cereal really. Cornflakes are just a popular option, but you can try using Chocos or Special K like I did, and they would still turn out amazing!
