Two Big Problems Already With - LC300 Toyota Landcruiser V6 3.3ltr Diesel (Australia)

Is the 300 Series Toyota Landcruiser really worth the big asking price? Especially with some problems already staring to show, one of those problems being a well known issue with the Lc200 how have Toyota not fixed that problem by now?
