In this 4 Ways to UNLOCK your LOCKED PS4 GAMES and Apps PS4 Tutorial, I am going to show you the best ways to fix your LOCKED PS4 games. It can be frustrating logging into your PS4 and finding your digital games you bought with a locked symbol on them.
The first step to try is restarting your PS4 and logging into the primary account on the PS4 with PS Plus. Then go to the network setting and view playstation services to verify playstation network is up and running. Next go to account management and activate as your primary PS4. If you already have your PS4 activated as primary, deactivate your ps4 as primary and then reactive your PS4 as primary.
This will fix most issues your will be having. However, if that didn't help, try going to restore licensing. This will restore all the licensing you have purchased from digital content on the playstation store.
