Millie Bobby Brown takes home the Best Actor in a TV show award for Stranger Things at the 2017 MTV awards.
Millie Bobby Brown, aka Eleven from Stranger Things, gave a humble and heartwarming speech reminding us all why we love her so much.
Millie beat out a slew of talented actors to take home the award for Best TV Actor, including Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke, Atlanta’s Donald Glover, and Jane the Virgin’s Gina Rodriguez. Millie was visibly shocked when she heard her name called out as the winner, and she immediately hugged her Stranger Things costars on her way to the stage. As if her thrilled reaction wasn’t adorable enough, Millie’s heartwarming speech will have you wiping away tears and calling all your relatives to tell them how much you love them.
In addition to thanking her family, friends, fellow cast members, and crew, Millie also gave a shout out to the Duffer Brothers, who created Stranger Things and her badass, iconic character on the show, Eleven.
Now THAT is how you make an acceptance speech.
