With an older android 9 or 10, the steps to hard reset the Galaxy S10's are:

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Then Press and hold on the Power + Volume Up + Bixby key simultaneously until you see the recovery menu.
3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Then Select Reboot System now.

With an update of Android OS to Android 11 or 12, the new procedure is:

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Plug in a USB C cable to the computer or use USB C headphones and plug into the phone.
3. Then Press and hold on the Power + Volume Up + Bixby key simultaneously until you see the recovery menu.
4. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5. Then Select Reboot System now.
