Cracked cookie

Butter 50 g

Tiny sugar 140 g

2 Eggs

Vanilla 1/2 tsp

Flour 160 g

Baking powder 1 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

cocoa powder 35 gr

Sugar powder  1/2 cup

.......................

Preparation:

1- Mix butter and sugar

2- Add two eggs while stirring

3- Add vanilla

4- Mix flour and baking powder and salt and  cocoa powder
then sift three times

5- Then add to the ingredients and stir a little

6- Cool for 2_3  hours

7- make small balls of it
and peeled in sugar powder

8- cook  10-12 minutes at
180 °C /350 °F
