•  Brewer’s yeast: 3 tsp. (8 g) or Dry yeast: 1½ tsp (4 g)
•  Honey: 1 tsp.
•  Bread flour: ½ cup (60 g)

For the Dough:
•  Water: ¾ cup (200 ml)
•  Bread flour: 2 ¼ cups (330 g)
•  Salt: 1 tsp.

This recipe uses simple ingredients and an easy-to-follow method that even beginners can master. From creating the starter to kneading the dough, every step is demonstrated clearly.
