This Polish Sauerkraut Soup Recipe
This Polish Sauerkraut Soup Recipe is driving me nuts! Polish soup recipe prepared with the most ordinary products, but the taste of the soup is something great. The recipe for soup with sauerkraut, prepared with smoked meat, has a pronounced taste, it is very satisfying and tasty. This soup is just a godsend for the hostess, I strongly recommend you to cook it. This quick soup recipe will take about 40 minutes of your time, but you won't regret making a Polish dish.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 100 grams of bacon.
cut into 100 g sausage and fry every 5 minutes.
cut the onion.
grate the carrot.
cut into 50 g celery stick, parsley root and celery root.
Finely chop the peppers.
Add 100g sauerkraut.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1 chilli.
Add salt, roshmary and clove spice.
Simmer everything under the lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
Chop 3 medium potatoes.
Pour 1.5 liters of vegetable stock and cook for 20 minutes.
