Hello everyone!
This week's video is three flavored panna cotta.

As the days get hotter, rather than heavy desserts
I'm craving light and refreshing ones.

It's so easy to make than you think, but you might be surprised by how delicious it is :)
The color is beautiful and the bottle is so cute, so everyone loves it when I give it as a gift😍


▶Ingredients (for 3 pudding jars(3oz) each)

[Vanilla flavor]
- 120g heavy cream
- 90g whole milk
- 26g granulated sugar
- 3g Gelatin sheets
- 1/3ea vanilla pod

1) Soak gelatin in ice water for at least 10 minutes.
2) Heat milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla bean in a pot.
3) Remove the mixture from the heat and add the soaked gelatin and mix.
4) Lower the temperature of the mixture to 15 degrees Celcius while stirring on ice water.
5) Pour 4) into a pudding bottle and let it set completely in the refrigerator.

[Matcha flavor]
- 110g heavy cream
- 90g whole milk
- 18g granulated sugar
- 3g Gelatin sheets
- 25g White coverture chocolate
- 4g Matcha powder

1) Soak gelatin in ice water for at least 10 minutes.
2) Heat milk, cream, and sugar in a pot.
3) Remove the water from the heat and add the soaked gelatin and mix.
4) Pour about 25g of 3) on the white chocolate side first and emulsify it.
5) Add matcha powder to 4) and mix.
6) Pour the remaining liquid little by little and mix well.
7) Sift 6) through a sieve.
8) Stir 7) over the ice water and lower the temperature to 15 degrees Celcius.
9) Pour 8) into a pudding bottle and let it set completely in the refrigerator.

[Chocolate flavor]
- 110g heavy cream
- 90g whole milk
- 5g granulated sugar
- 3g Gelatin sheets
- 40g Dark coverture chocolate (70% cacao solids)

1) Soak gelatin in ice water for at least 10 minutes.
2) Heat milk, cream, and sugar in a pot.
3) Remove it from the heat and add the soaked gelatin and mix.
4) Pour about 40g of 3) on the dark chocolate side first and emulsify it.
5) Pour the remaining liquid little by little and mix well.
6) Filter 5) through a sieve.
7) Stir 6) on ice water to lower the temperature to 15 degrees Celcius.
8) Pour 7) into a pudding bottle and let it set completely in the refrigerator.

* Storage: Can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge.
