As I sit here and think what kind of message I want to relay with this music video, there’s really only one thing I want to emphasize here.

In the chaotic world we we live in right now, it’s so easy to feel powerless and alone. Things seem to be getting darker. And we’re all just waiting for that light to tell us it’s coming to an end. During these times, I feel like the most powerful thing we can do is just to be there for each other. We’re all in this together.

Depression is real and scary enough with a world in ‘order’. Now is the perfect time to check up on each other. Make sure we’re all getting through this okay. Reach out a hand or even just an ear. Sometimes, we just need to talk out our struggles.

If you yourself is dealing with depression, please please please reach out to someone you trust. Continue the fight. You are not alone. It may feel like it now more than ever - but if we all do our part, even in quarantine, we can all feel like we’re not alone together.

Be kind. Be safe. Be health conscious. And we’ll see that light. It’s always darkest before the dawn.
