Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) Full Review: Find out the in-depth analysis of the J7 Duo along with its dual camera test, gaming review, & benchmark scores.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo is the Samsung’s first mid-range phone in Nepal with a dual camera setup at the back. The smartphone comes with the remarkable pair of cameras at the back featuring 13MP and 5MP sensors. The camera duo at the rear panel helps the users to capture astounding portrait shots with Bokeh effects. The feature is named as ‘Live Focus’ in the Samsung J7 Duo. With this features, the users can readjust the focus area and blur intensity even after taking the shots. Not just on the benchmarks, the Samsung Galaxy J7 2018 is a capable performer. Playing the high-end games like the PUBG, Dead Trigger 2, and Asphalt 8 does not invite any lags or stutters. In terms of display, the smartphone comes with merely HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution, which is a huge miss. In a comparison with the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo vs J7 Pro, the Pro supersedes the J7 Duo with its crisp Full-HD display. Nonetheless, both the smartphones come with the vibrant Super AMOLED displays.
The J7 Duo also disappoints the users with the 32GB of onboard storage. Considering the competition, other smartphones are providing a minimum of 64GB of internal storage. So this step from Samsung is hugely unconvincing. Also, the smartphone comes with the cheap design with removable plastic back and low capacity 3000mAh battery.
The smartphone comes at the price of NPR. 28,990 in Nepal, which is approximately equal to Indian Rupees INR 18,000 (Approx. $270).
