TODAY'S RECIPE IS Date Cake | Wheat Flour Date Walnut Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Date 1 cup (150gm)
Hot milk 1/2 cup
Soak for 30 mins
Blend until smooth
Oil 1/3 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Walnut 1/4 cup
Dates 2 tbsp
7 inch greased pan
Place a stand & preheated the for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame
For 35-45 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c
For 35-45 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
