1950 Ruston & Hornsby 9XHRC No. 308514 - 12.5” Bore with 22” Stroke and 132 hp at 235 rpm. Installed by Cheek brothers to work the crushing and screening plant at St. George’s Down quarry for Vectis Stone Ltd at Newport on the Isle of Wight from 1951 to 1990.
