Necessary materials
4 eggs
1 and a half cups of granulated sugar (240 g)
2 and a half cups of plain flour (300 g)
1 pack of baking powder (10g)
1 pack of vanilla (5g)
70 g butter
1 cup of milk (200 ml)
* Beat the egg with sugar thoroughly and then add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix. Then put the butter and milk on the stove. Heat the milk until the butter melts. Pour the hot milk over the dough and mix. Pour the dough into a 29cm×29cm tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ⁰C (256 ⁰F) in 20-25 minutes!
