Iran unveils new hypersonic cruise missile
Iran released footage of a test of its newest hypersonic cruise missile, the Fattah-2, on Tuesday, November 21.
Video released by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-run Fars News Agency shows the missile being launched and striking a target in a demonstration of its capabilities.
According to Fars, the missile has a “range of 1,400 kilometers and the speed of Mach 13-15,” but engineers hoped to expand its range to 2,000 km.
