Khalal stew is cooked in different regions of Kermanshah province. This popular dish, which is mostly prepared for formal occasions, consists of lamb meat, almonds (khalal), black barberry, tomato paste, dried lime, saffron, fried onions and lots of spices.
Thanks to Mrs. Ashrafa and her daughter for their unique cooking in this beautiful house
Khalal stew was prepared thanks to the respected Moradi family in Satyari village, Bayingan district, Paveh city, Kermanshah province.
