Quick change mould system by HESS GROUP for efficient concrete block & paver production
Check out our short video and see the quick change mould system by HESS GROUP! Both the Hess RH 2000-4 and the RH 1500-4 can be equipped with a really fast mould change system. The mould can be changed within a few minutes, even with fresh concrete in the concrete silo.
During production, the new mould is set on the mould change car in the back of the machine (outside the safety zone) at any convenient time. When the operator pushes the start button, the machine will automatically open and lift over 1,2 meters. The old mould is put on the empty production board and leaves the machine in the production direction, and the new mold piggybacks on the mould change cart into the machine. Within the shortest time, the machine can restart!
