For the chocolate sponge you need :
5 eggs
3/4 cup suger
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp espresso powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For tiramisu filling you need :
200 grams mascarpone cheese
200 gram whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup suger
You should preheat oven at 190 to 200 degrees, and it must be very hot.
It takes about 15 minutes to bake completely.
Make sure to transfer roulette immediately on another baking sheet or a kitchen towel that is dusted with 1 tbsp icing suger and 1 tbsp cocoa powder,then roll it and let it cool down com
