Measurements depend on how many you want to make.

-High gluten flour
-Milk
-Water
-Salt
-Yeast
-Sugar
-Vegetable Oil

Heat milk & water just until warm
Add yeast, sugar & salt
Knead the dough while adding milk mixture until you form a dough like texture
At the end add the oil and keep kneading

Cover the lid let it rest for 20 minutes.
Knead again , let it rest for 1-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 500F

Make small round doughs and let it rest.
Open the dough thin, pressing down lightly (should open easily)  let it rest again.

Brush some water on the surface & sprinkle some poppyseeds (optional)

Bake until it forms golden spots on surface, you can bake it more if you like it more fully golden.
