با همزن دستی هم می زنین ( به مدت ۱۰ دقیقه) برقی ( به مدت ۵ دقیقه )
حالا ۱ لیوان شیر و نصف لیوان روغن اضافه کنین هم بزنین ۲ لیوان ارد قنادی و ۳ ق چ بکینگ پودر در دو مرحله به مواد اضافه کردم و همه را با هم مخلوط کردم …
حالا کف قالب پلوپز ۵ ورق روغنی گذاشتم و رو و زیر ورقم چرب کردم و دور قالب پلوپز هم چرب و ارد پاشی کردم …
از مواد داخل قالب ریختم و فقط کمی از مواد با یه قاشق مرباخوری پودر کاکائو الک شده مخلوط کردم و روی مواد ریختم
برای پخت داخل پلوپز اگه
حالت کیک پز داره که مشخصه همونو بزنین خلاصه نیم ساعته عالی شدادامه ش درویدیوی بعدی هس
