China Scraps Mortgage Rate Floor for Individual Homebuyers

China has removed its nationwide mortgage rate floor for individual homebuyers' first and second home purchases, according to a statement from the People's Bank of China. Zhu Ning from the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance and a former adviser to China’s central bank, discusses this on Bloomberg Television.
