* Ingredients*
3 Cups whole milk
5 Tbsp Corn Starch
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp crushed saffron mixed in 1 Tbsp boiled water
1 Tbsp Rosewater
3 Tbsp Whipped cream
1 Tsp Ground pistachios for garnish/ or edible rose (Optional)

**Instruction**

1- In a cold pan pour the cold milk and add the corn starch and mix it till well dissolved.

2-Place the pot on medium heat and stir in the sugar.

3- Constantly mix to avoid having lumps.

4- Once it starts to thicken add the saffron water and mix it.

5- After about two minutes of mixing add the rosewater.

6- Then add the cream (at room temperature) 1 Tbsp at a time then mix it till well combined.

7- The final consistency of it is the same as any other pudding as shown in the video. Once you reached there you can turn the heat off.

8- Serve in a dish while hot and let it cool down completely before garnish.

9- Garnish with some grounded pistachios or edible rose.
