I share with you this wonderful Mauritian vegetable pickle recipe.
a very popular condiment in Mauritius which is eaten with bread
rotis, dhall puri or even with white rice.
I already have water in my mouth just by writing
so it's my cute sin 🤩
and today I'm sharing the mixed vegetable version with you, a bit in my own way.

Ingredients

300g white or green cabbage

300g carrots

200 green beans

1 large onion


Spices

6 cloves of garlic

1tbsp fenugreek

1.5 grain mustard

1.5 turmeric powder

chili to your taste

4 tbsp of vinegar

salt

10tbsp oil
