- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup or approx 15/20 dates  

Optional:
- 1 tbs protein powder
- 1 tbs hemp or chia seeds
- 1 tbs flax seeds
- 2 tbs almond butter
