One pan egg toast sandwich (feat. green onion, ham) | Easy toastie

Hi, everyone~
Today I made one pan toast sandwich after watching J. Kenji's video.
Thanks for sharing J. Kenji.

It was super simple yet such a delicious meal and the green onion was such a killer ingredient.

Eggs 2ea
Toast bread 2pcs
Ham 2pcs
Green onion,  Butter,  Cheese - a little bit of each

1. Beat the eggs with a little bit of chopped green onions
2. Toast the bread and ham on some butter and keep aside for a moment once done
3. Pour the beaten eggs and put the toast back on with bread on top of the ham
4. Flip everything over once the egg is cooked to your preference
5. Fold the wing part of the egg and add some cheese
6. Fold the bread and toast a little bit more for crispier bread
7. Enjoy :)
