Ingredients:

Egg - 1

Sugar - ⅓ cup (65g)

Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp

Oil - ¼ cup (60ml)

Yogurt - ½ cup (125g)

All purpose flour  or maida - 1 cup (130g)

Baking powder - 2 tsp (8g)

Pinch of salt

Milk - 2 tbsp (30ml)

Apple - 1 (s)

Black raisins

Marmalade (apricot)


Pan size - 20cm

Bake in preheated oven 350°F (180°C) for 30 - 35 mins
