The complex has three commercial floors, on the negative floor of which is a hypermarket and a coffee shop.
On the fourth floor, there is a billiard hall, a bowling alley, a children's playground, and a food court for fun.
The complex also has a multi-story car park.
There is also a cinema hall in the complex which has not been opened yet.
The gym is another facility of this complex.
To access this complex, you can reach Ehsan Square station by subway, which is not more than a few minute's walk from this square to the complex.
