Solo C44-9WL! Unexpected CN RA451 at Mile 21 York Sub.

CN 2513 - GE C44-9WL (Solo)

CN RA451 is basically a rescue operation/id. That day, 451 had a solo 75i and didn't have enough horse power for their full trip so they called out a random locomotive to go rescue it which was somehow 2513. Later that day, I was wondering why they'd call out a 9WL out of any locomotive in MacMillan Yard because 9WLs are usually unexpected too see leading in the GTA. Also, 451 had the issues in the Brechin siding by the way.
