We travel to north of Iran, to the beautiful city of Rudsar and meet hardworking and passionate men and women of Shali Kar (Someone who plant rice) .
We watch how to plant rice and hear the beautiful local songs of rural women. then we see how to bake local bread and food (toursh e tareh) in the village of Arous Mahalle.

به سرزمین سرسبز شمال ایران به شهر زیبای رودسر سفر میکنیم و با مردان و زنان زحمت کش و پرشور شالی کار همراه می شویم. نحوه ی کاشت برنج با اواهای محلی زیبای زنان روستایی را  تماشا می کنیم و در ادامه نحوه پخت نان و غذای محلی (ترش تره) روستای عروس محله را می بینیم
