Lymphatic Drainage Massage after a Facelift of Facial plastic surgery can help decrease swelling and pain faster. Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that is used to help speed up the lymphatic system for healing. If cleared by one's surgeon or doctor, it can be helpful to see a certified lymphedema therapist for lymphatic drainage massage or manual lymphatic drainage. In this video, I explain how we use lymphatic drainage massage and manual lymphatic drainage to help the lymphatic system after a face surgery or facelift.
