Rhabarber Stew 🥗

Beef or mutton 250gr
 Parsley 200gr
 Mint 5 branches
 Rhubarb has three stems
 Three tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt, black pepper, turmeric

 Peel the rhubarb and then chop it by 2 cm, then chop the vegetables and fry with a little turmeric, and then fry the meat and chopped rhubarb with a little vegetable, and then remove the rhubarb from the vegetables and add some boiling water. Pour over it and let the meat cook for one hour on low heat. While cooking, I add lemon juice to it.
 After the meat is cooked, I add rhubarb to the stew and add salt and black pepper to the stew. The stew is ready to serve ten minutes later. Enjoy your meal🤩
