So this is a pilot, a test of a new, longer YouTube-specific format I'm calling "Date Night," where you can get inspiration for what to cook for your next date night.
In this episode, a viewer messaged me and asked if there was something I'd recommend for his vegetarian girlfriend. I made the most majestic veggie chilli, but unfortunately the tech stopped working halfway through and I couldn't show you the end.
No matter, it's a test, it's good to know the limitations of all the cameras and lights.
