مواد لازم:
۱۷۰ گرم کره سرد خرد شده ( از قبل وزن کنید و پنج دقیقه بذارید توی فریزر)
۳۱۰ گرم آرد سرد ( از قبل وزن کنید و بذارید توی یخچال)
۱ عدد زرده تخم‌مرغ
۳ ق س شیر سرد
۷۰ گرم پودر قند
کمی وانیل یا رنده پوست لیمو
برای مواد میانی:
۴ عدد سیب رنده شده یا خرد شده
۳۰ گرم کره
۵ ق غ شکر
۱ ق چ پودر دارچین
✔️میتونید کمی گردو خرد شده هم اضافه کنید
☑️نکات:
⚪ میتونید از غذاساز برای تهیه خمیر استفاده کنید.
⚪خمیر رو ورز ندید فقط با نوک انگشت فشرده کنید تا خمیر جمع بشه.
⚪خمیر حتما باید بین نایلون باز بشه.
⚪مواد میانی حتما از قبل آماده و کاملا خنک شده باشه.
⚪میزان شکر مواد میانی بسته به ذائقه خودتون داره.
⚪من با نصف مواد یه تارت توی قالب ۲۲ سانت داشتم
اگه همه نکات رو رعایت کنید یه تارت ترد و عالی خواهید داشت.

ingredients:

3 tablespoons cold milk
70 grams of powdered sugar
Slightly vanilla or grated lemon peel
For intermediate materials:
4 grated or chopped apples
30 grams of butter
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
. You can also add some chopped walnuts
☑️Notes:
. You can use a food processor to make dough.
Do not knead the dough, just squeeze with your fingertip to gather the dough.
⚪The dough must be opened between the nylon.
The intermediate material must be prepared in advance and completely cooled.
⚪ The amount of sugar in the middle ingredients depends on your taste. I had a tart in a 22 cm mold with half the ingredients
