oCam is the Best Screen recorder for low end pcs, it can run on a 1 GB ram pc with the worst processor, in this video, I show you how to fix a oCam video file freezing/lagging, a good way to know this is if your FPS isn't decreasing, that means that the video that you will save with probably have freezing/lagging problems. The fix is very simple and easy and it won't affect your game that much, it's literally just a 2-5 FPS difference. I highly suggest u try out oCam if you are using a low end pc, this is also good for mid end but if your on high end, it's best to use OBS Instead.
