🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 tsp corn starch
3/4 cup half & half
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
A pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 shot of Jim Bean Bourbon (or your fav)

Preparations:

-in a med bowl cream together the egg yolks, 1/2cup sugar & corn starch until light, set aside.
-in a med sauce pot over med heat combine rest of the ingredients and bring to simmer and remove from heat.
-add a couple of ladles of the cream mixture to the egg mixture, one at a time while whisking constantly.
-once about half of the cream mixture has been added to temper eggs, pour back into pot and place over low heat.
-cook until a thin pudding texture and it coats the back of the spoon, remove from heat
-cool in an ice bath to stop the eggs from cooking.
-strain to check for any scramble eggs
-store and enjoy :)
