In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds as we move up and down on a step riser. If you are doing this workout on the ground just move a little quicker and if you are doing this workout on a bench or a box understand you are covering more ground vertically so keep up your intensity and keep great form. No dumbbells are needed today so grab your water and be ready to move facing forward in the first half of the workout and move laterally in the second half of the workout.

The Exercises:
1. Toe taps on riser
2. Step on and knee drive left
3. Step on and knee drive right
4. Step up and knee drive twist to elbow right
5. Step up and knee drive twist to elbow left
6. Burpees
7. Lateral step on riser and knee drive left
8. Lateral step on riser and knee drive right
9. Step up and over
10. Lateral step on and knee drive ab twist right
11. Lateral step on and knee drive ab twist left
12. Outward facing squat to up and over
13. Quick feet knee drive
14. Standing oblique crunches
