Do Griefers rule RDR2 online? How common Griefers are in red dead online?

It looks like RDR2 online is crowded by griefers, especially if you will watch some kind of "Griefers get griefed" type of videos. But in my experience griefing is not that common in red dead online. To test it I waved to 100 random players in a RDO free roam and watched the reaction.
