*Ingredients*

11/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 A big Onion (Thinly Sliced)
7 Big dates/or 14 Small dates
1/4 Cup Water
3 Small eggs/or 2 Big eggs

**Instruction**

1- Pre-heat the pan on medium-low heat and add the butter to melt. You may need more butter depending on your pan's quality.
2- Add the onions and let them turn golden brown on the same heat.
3- Add the dates and saute them for about 2 minutes, then add 1/4 cup of water to cook them.
4- Once the water has evaporated add the eggs and mix them until combined.
5- Serve the dish with your choice of bread.
