IMMUNITY HALWA
Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Cooking time 40-45 minutes
Serving 2

Ingredients
For Aachar
2 cups White Pumpkin pulp with seeds, सफेद पेठा
½ cup fresh Turmeric root peels, ताजी हल्दी कि जड़ के छिल्के  
2 tbsp Ghee, घी
½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
½ tsp Fenugreek seeds, मेथी दाना
½ tsp Fennel seeds, सौंफ
½ tsp Onion seeds, कलौंजी
½ tsp Mustard seeds, सरसों के बीज
¼ cup Vinegar, सिरका
¼ cup Jaggery, गुड़
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Asafoetida, हींग
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार

For Halwa
⅓ cup Ghee, घी
3-4 Cloves, लौंग
1 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची
1½ kg White Pumpkin, grated, सफेद पेठा
150 gm fresh Turmeric root, grated, ताजे हल्दी कि जड़
1 cup Jaggery, गुड़
A pinch Salt, नमक
½ tsp crushed Black pepper, कुटी काली मिर्च
¼ tsp Dried Ginger powder, सोंठ

For Garnish
Sliced Pista, पिस्ता

Process
For Aachar
In a pan add white pumpkin pulp with seeds, turmeric roots peels and set aside.
Now, in another pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Then add vinegar, jaggery, degi red chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and mix everything properly.
Pour this mixture on the pumpkin pulp and cook it on medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and let it cool down, then store in a jar and keep in the sunlight for 1 week and enjoy.

For Halwa
In a kadai heat ghee and add clove, green cardamom, white pumpkin, turmeric roots and saute for 25-30 minutes.
Now add jaggery, salt, crushed black pepper, dried ginger powder and continue cooking until everything comes together or saute for 10-12 minutes.
Serve in a plate or bowl and garnish with sliced Pista.
