Veterans Clothing Allowance - VA10-8678

This is an informational video on how to apply for VA clothing allowance.  I have also provided in the video the VA form that is required to be filled out and submitted to your local VHA prosthetics department, along with the ortho/prosthetics device list and cream medication list.
