Our employees know that being part of a tight-knit team means always looking out for each other. The concept of RYTHM is the prime mover in ensuring the spirit of volunteerism is kept alive in the QI family, and we achieve this through our Employee Community Impact (ECI) initiatives in various countries.
The QI Group recognises the need to help employees live out RYTHM, an acronym for Raise Yourself To Help Mankind. We provide them with the opportunity to grow with the company while volunteering hours to help the less fortunate communities in which we operate in.
The Employee Community Impact (ECI) programme has made a difference since 2013, with employees dedicating over 100,00 volunteer hours in some 20 countries.
