Naan is a multinational recipe which grew from ancient Egypt and spread all over the world. Today you can find thousand of naan varieties around the world. Turkish, Iranian, Afghani and Pakistani as well. Today I will teach you to make perfect Roghni Naan which is used on marriage functions and along with the different type of breakfasts. In Lahore naan is an essential part of breakfast whether to eat it with nihari or cholay(chickpea stew).
Written Ingredients:
Water 1cup 250ml
Milk 1cup 250ml
Yeast 1tsp or 11gms
Eggs 2
Baking Soda 1/2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Oil 4tbs
Cumin seeds 1tbs
All-Purpose Flour 1kg
Oil for garnish
Water fro brushing
Sesame seeds for garnish
black caraway for garnish

Cooking Utensils:
Tawa 2
Rolling pin for rolling naans
Brush for brushing
