Kebab is a significant part of Iranian culture and holds a special place on their dining table.
In this video, we visited one of the old neighborhoods in Tehran specializing in serving various types of kebabs.
From koobideh kebab, made with a blend of lamb and veal meat mixed with onions, to saffron chicken kebabs served in various forms, such as a whole chicken or skewers of chicken breast or thigh.
Chicken kebab marinade is a combination of onions, salt, pepper, along with lemon juice and saffron.
My suggestion for you is to try koobideh kebab or chicken kebab, either thigh or whole chicken.
