Chai Masala

Cardamom- 10g
Cloves - 5g
Cinnamon - 5g
Pepper- 5g
Fennel- 8g
Dry Ginger- 2g(optional)

Dry roast all the ingredients on a very low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Let it cool and grind in to a fine powder.

Tea Recipe for 2 cups

Water - 1 cup
Tea Leaves - 2 tsp
Sugar - 4 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Rose Petals- few
Tea masala - Pinch

In pot boil water, add tea leaves, sugar and bring it to a boil. Then add crushed ginger, rose petal, boiled milk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve it hot with biscuits
