We should eat foods that are high in energy now that it’s winter and cold.
This dish is known as Jaghoor-Baghoor. It’s known as Vavishka in some northern Iranian regions. It’s a very popular type of street food.
Jaghoor-Baghoor, which has a delicious aroma and flavor, is made by frying lamb liver, lung, heart, and kidney together with loads of onion and tomatoes in sheep tail oil.
When you prepare it, the entire village is immersed in a mouthwatering aroma. Have you tried this food before?

🔵Ingredients for 8 Servings:
300 gr of Sheep Tail Fat
5 Onions
2 Lamb Lungs
2 Lamb Kidneys
Lamb Heart
Lamb Liver
400 gr Lamb Sweetbreads
7 Cloves of Garlic
4 Tomatoes
Turmeric Powder, Chili Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cinnamon Powder and Salt as needed
