SMOKED AND SHREDDED CHUCK ROAST SANDWICHES | LOOT N' BOOTY JOLLY ROGER | MEAT MITCH WHOMP SAUCE

Smoked chuck roast is one of my favorite things to smoke.  I usually like to slice the chuck when done, but today we are making shredded/pulled chuck roast sandwiches.

We seasoned this chuck roast with ‪@lootnbootybbqchannel3476‬ Loot N' Booty Jolly Roger rub.  This is a jalapeño garlic black rub which gives an amazing flavor with a ridiculous color too!!  

Smoked over ‪@JealousDevil‬ lump charcoal and some pecan chunks.  

Built the sandwich with some ‪@MeatMitchBBQ‬ Whomp Sauce.  Delicious!!
